The fund seeks Stratified-WeightTM exposure to a broad range of stocks representative of approximately 90% of the totalU. S. market capitalization, through active investments in ETFs or underlying securities.

The fund has a policy that under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities ofU. S. issuers.
